In an ever changing world, it is important to ensure that your most preciouses possessions are accurately insured, just in case the worst ever happened.

At Parsons Jewellers, we work very closely with Gareth Brown FGA, DGA, MIRV, of Clarity Valuations and are delighted to offer monthly in store valuation days.

During your appointment Gareth will carefully examine your watches and jewellery. Record all of the pertinent information relating to your items along with taking digital photographs. Once completed you will receive a quality bound valuation schedule providing you with a detailed description and accurate valuation of your items. Gareth will also advise you on any repairs you may want to consider, to maintain your items in top condition.

 

Gareth is member of the National Association of Jewellers, Institute of registered Valuers (IRV) and has been working within the jewellery trade for well over twenty years. He holds both internationally recognised gemmological and diamond grading qualifications and has been an active member of the IRV committee for the past few years. He has also run both national and international training workshops and is a founding member of the educational organisation, The Academy of Valuers.

  • How long will be order take to arrive?

    All orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase with the exception of orders placed after 4pm on Saturday which will be dispatched on Monday morning. We would usually expect your items to arrive within 24-48 hours of postage in the UK, so please allow up to 72 hours from time of purchase before worrying about your parcel.  We would expect all order in the UK to arrive within 5 days.

  • How is my gift packaged?

    We take great care when packing your purchase to ensure that it will arrive with you in one piece and look beautiful when opened in our Parsons branded gift bags. The exterior of the parcel will not give away our brand or the value of the contents inside for safety reasons.

  • What is your returns policy?

    We offer customers the opportunity to return an item within 10 days of their order being delivered. Please note if your items are engraved we cannot offer a refund.

    Should you decide to return your item, we will issue you a refund, unless you have been notified otherwise prior to your purchase. This is providing it is returned no later than 10 days after the delivery date, in its unworn and original condition without any damage and with all accompanying documents and materials.

    While we do offer all clients free shipping when delivering your order, we kindly ask you to cover the shipping charge when returning to us.
